Their website said the exercise ball was 60-65 cm. However, the ball they sent was much smaller. This very small size ball isn't even listed on their website. They lied about the size. |

It was easy to place an order yet there was no delivery information included as I was filling out my order. I finally submitted the order and expected to see delivery information. There was no delivery information. I tried to call the 800 number but the office was already closed for the day. I have now placed an order and have absolutely no idea as to when to expect delivery. I am concerned. |
