Not recommended. 10 days went by and item had not been shipped. Sent e-mail to inquire they cancelled order and refunded money. No communication at all. |

I was disappointed when I thought the shipping was $4.99 and then found out that it would be $8.88 when I checked out. After calling customer service I was told that the extra amount was because of the distance. Still disappointed that cotton balls would cost that much to ship. Other than that everything was fine. |

I placed my first order this week. I used a $5 coupon for being a new customer. My account was charged for the full price. A day or 2 later I received an email that several of the items I had ordered were out of stock. They then said I would receive a credit (and they didn't give me the $5 credit). However I have not received the credit. Today the shipment came but it's missing several items that weren't listed in the out of stock email and the packing slip made it look like everything had come. So now I'm out about $15 in items paid for but not received. I phoned customer service but they are closed. My first impression is not favorable and I cannot recommend their site. |

The website is difficult to work with until you comprehend how items are listed (e.g., GUM Proxabrush refill is listed under Proxabrush rather than GUM but Johnson and Johnson Reach Dentotape is listed under Johnson and Johnson rather than Reach). Once I found the items I had little difficulty checking out. |

I placed an order on 1/6/09, I still had not recieved it on 1/15, so I called to check the status of my order. The customer service person (which it took FOREVER to get connected to!) told me that it was in the warehouse and was ready to ship. Today is 1/29. I STILL had not recieved my items or any kind of e-mail or phone call. I looked on the website to see that my order had been cancelled due to unavailability of item, and that I would be getting a refund. How is it that on 1/15, it was in the warehouse and getting ready to ship and now on the 29th, it is unavailable? Worst part being that I never recieved any kind of communication from them at all. I will never attempt to buy from them again. Poor customer service!! |

My experience was, unfortunately, not very positive. I've ordered products that were not shipped on time. I've called their customer service (needed to wait very long time on the phone to get connected) and was told that the product is on back order and will not be available at least for another week. I've asked to cancel the order, it was canceled, and I've got email confirmation about it. I've ordered products from another shop, but later still received my shipment (now I had two of them, which I didn't need). I've contacted their Customer Service again, was told that I can ship them everything back and will be reimbursed for the merchandise, but with one comment - I have to pay for the return shipment. It was their mistake that the shipment was sent, and I was supposed to pay for that mistake. To summarize, the service was bad, and I will never order from this seller again. |
