Ordering was a bit troublesome. At first while ordering 12 of one item, I decided to change the quantity to 24. I entered 24, hit update and it placed the order without changing the totals on the screen. I assumed nothing happened as the "hour glass" never went away and so I started to order it again. After enterintg all the information, I then thought about seeing if I could confirm if the first order went through. I opened a second browser window and saw under order history that the first one went through as 24. I hit delete on the second order, but it placed it instead of deleting it. Contacting customer support solved the problem as they cancelled my second order. VERY nice to deal with them. Looking forward to buying from them in the future. |

I would like to have known the amount of EPA and DhA'I had ordered a lesser fish oil at a cheaper price but wassent and charged for the more expensive brand they had sent me before to try for free |

Very similar to the other poster who wrote: "Empty promises, I have sent repeated emails and just get a response of "its in the warehouse and will ship soon". I might have to cancel this order soon if nothing is done by today........." Same thing. My credit card was charged immediately upon ordering, but no shipment. I called a few days later and was told items were in stock and would go out "today" on 10/23. I called 10 days later and was told that items were in stock and would go out "today" and I would get a tracking email. Nope, and here it is 5 days after that, still no shipment, still no tracking information. They still have my money from day 1. This place is awful, with awful customer service. I will NEVER consider trying to purchase anything from them. I have asked them to cancel my order and now they will not respond to my emails. Chris |

I ordered my product Thursday morning and on the item description states that it is typically shipped within 24 hrs. Today's Tuesday and it's still in the warehouse "Processing". Empty promises, I have sent repeated emails and just get a response of "its in the warehouse and will ship soon". I might have to cancel this order soon if nothing is done by today......... |

I would have liked a clear explanation of shipping charges up front, as I am stationed overseas in Iraq. Just before checkout I had an option to increase my quantity, so I added an extra to see how much (if at all) the shipping would change. It did not, but the order processed right after I hit update- WITHOUT ME HITTING SUBMIT! I would have liked to try increasing again to see if that would have changed my shipping, and if not, I would have ordered more since I'll be here for a long time, but it didn't give me that chance! I'm at the end of my shift, so I can't go back and mess around trying to fix the order, so I guess I'm out whatever the difference is on shipping charges. It's not that big a deal, but it's the principle of the matter- I did not hit submit on my order, only update. The order should not have processed. |
