The refilled cartridges were easy to find on SoftwareMedia.com's website. They were shipped promptly and received in good condition. They are exactly what I was looking for. We have been using them for a month with good results. |

Although the $319 price plus $6 "shipping" for Visio 2010 Pro (D87-04973) was good, the SoftwareMedia web site was clearly misleading regarding the format of product delivery. Their web page for this product clearly leads the buyer to believe that a physical, tangible DVD-ROM is shipped to the user. They include a $6 shipping charge, and the "Specifications" of the product say "DVD-ROM". It is only AFTER you buy the product that you learn the fact that you have actually ordered the Web download version. Notably, the web download worked OK and their key worked OK and the purchase otherwise went OK, which is why I am not giving a "completely unsatisfactory" rating. However, I felt very misled by them. All they needed was to indicate on the Web page, in a reasonably clear manner, that it was a Web download, and I probably still would have bought it. But being misled like this really left a bad taste in my mouth about SoftwareMedia.com. |

I was really not sure about this seller. I did research and decided to give a chance. I call them, it was nice to talk to real professional person (Adam) No doubt, my choice was right about product price and service, nobody can beat them. They gave me the best price for the product, beating Amazon by a full 20%. 3rd or 4th order from these guys. They have some of the best prices on the net, provided free shipping for my order, and provided the product as described. What's not to like? |

They are not always the rock bottom cheap price, but they are typically very price competitive. The vendor carries a wide range of products and is quite dependable from a customer service standpoint. |

I placed the order online for the CD version of the software, not the download version. I also paid extra for two day shipping. I recieved an email confirmation with the shipping details, but never recieved the product. After chatting with someone at the company online I was informed that they emailed me download instructions for the software. This was not what I wanted and not what I paid for, plus I paid for shipping. This is not only false advertising, but also selling a false product! I am very angry. They said they were refunding me the full amount, but they would not send the original order that I placed. Don't buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
