I purchased a full version of Nero 5.5. Everywhere from the website to the email copy of my reciept said full product. When i received my product is was OEM. They were quick to return it for me but the damage was done and they have false advertising. |

What really matters is whether or not I get the product in good shape and it is what I expect...I have a good feeling....time will tell....D Follow-up comment: Delivery date was unclear, and I could not track the shipment; HOWEVER, I received my order very quickly and in perfect order. The service was excellent and if this is the company's standard performance, then delivery communication is basically unnecessary. The price was great and delivery fast. |

I have orderd Acrobat 6 pro full version but when I received it was Acrobat 5 oem and Acrobat 6 pro oem upgrade...?????? so call to return, Customer service sux. Finally give us RMA after 3 days. |

The shipping defaulted to overnight (i.e. the most expensive) and wasn't easy to change. Also there was a pop-up that advertised free shipping, but this depended on a coupon code being entered, easy to overlook ... |

I liked their site I was a bit confused about how to enter the shipping info (3 day vs ground) for the advertised free shiping but their customer service person was able to quickly explain and all went quickly and easily after. |

The only thing that I did not receive was instructions on maintenance of the headset itself. Are there any instructions for that? The price is right - but beware if you have problems or questions. I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat 6.0. The description on their website was the 'Retail Boxed' version. What I received was the CD and a getting started manual. I used their website to inquire about this but I didn't receive a response. So, I called them and left a message. It's been over a week now with no reply. |
