What really matters is whether or not I get the product in good shape and it is what I expect...I have a good feeling....time will tell....D Follow-up comment: Delivery date was unclear, and I could not track the shipment; HOWEVER, I received my order very quickly and in perfect order. The service was excellent and if this is the company's standard performance, then delivery communication is basically unnecessary. The price was great and delivery fast. |

I liked their site I was a bit confused about how to enter the shipping info (3 day vs ground) for the advertised free shiping but their customer service person was able to quickly explain and all went quickly and easily after. |

They are very responsive to e-mail orders and questions. Usually respond within hours. No cost for shipping when paid with credit card. Replace torn lenses promptly at no cost within 2-3 days. |
