They stock some rare CDs, I'll give them that much, but the service surrounding the product was awful in my experience. I chose priority service for a product, which then arrived almost two weeks after the end of the predicted time window. I complained to customer services, who gave a copy-and-paste response, which relocated my dispatch address from the UK to Australia (!), and completely failed to comprehend the nature of my grievance. A follow-up e-mail did not yield any more sense from them. Will not use them again. |

I preordered an item. I feel that if it were within the availabilty dates then the item would have been in stock. I would have chosen the strongly agree option otherwise. B. It is still prior to the release date, so I do not have it yet. |
