Well I only made 1 CD purchase with these guys, and it wasn't a bad experience. Web layout is nice, but not nearly as great as CDNOW.com Gripes: Prices are not competitive. And as I recall the reason I didn't shop with them since a year, is because their credit card database got hacked. My credit card was amongst the hijacked numbers, and it was really nerve wrecking monitoring my statements. Don't know how they are now. I am neutral toward them. |

OUTSTANDING service! Great prices! Vast Inventory! I generally receive my merchandise the day after they ship it. I have been able to find "hard to find" titles at great prices, and they are always in stock. |

Transaction went as smooth as silk! Got my package before I was expecting it, and in perfect order. They charge a bit much for shipping, but it is great if you are in a rush. Total price was lower with the shipping than another site that had free shipping! I would probably do business with them in the future. |

The one CD skips and the other CD came with no wrapper and could have been used. I also paid 8.99 for second day delivery and I finally received the CD's at 6:52pm Jan.27.04. |
