I had a great experience buying at nike.com. I bought a jacket that arrived 3 or 4 days after ordering via FedEx. Email alerts provide updates and a FedEx tracking number for my order. There was no problems with the entire ordering process. Unfortunately, about 3 months later, the jacket was falling apart, so I had an online chat with a very friendly CSR that helped me with doing a RMA. I received a complete refund for the jacket. I will probably order a different jacket from Nike when the weather gets cold again. |
