Placed my order on 7/15. Got a confirmation email on 7/16. Product has yet to arrive almost a month later. Tried calling the customer service line and it is always a busy signal. Sent an email to customer service - no response. My credit card was billed on 7/16, so they have my money and I have no product. I would highly recommend you not order from enutramart.com. |

Imagine paying $29.00 for next day express shipping on Thursday Morning and by Monday you have gotten nothing and not even a confirmation email. Wondering if they took a 4 day weekend or something. I just got an email on Monday at noon and it told me that i would recieve the order on Tuesday, but wait a minute, didn't i pay for next day on Thursday ? And for my inconvenience she took $5.00 off of my shipping.............hmmmm is that it ? Plus don't bother calling the 1-866 phone number to order over the phone, and don't bother calling them personally because it will ALWAYS BE FORWARDED TO A VOICEMAIL That is never checked AND ALWAYS FULL..... get the hint ? your patience would have to be Life-long lasting. |

I waited the full 10 days they told me it would take to get the item and then I called. THEN she told me that I should have recieved an auto email (which I didnt) explaining that the provider wouldn't be ready to ship the item for another week. I got an email today that says its on its way and it should be here tomorrow. If it is not, i'm going to own my own buisness. :] I will NEVER use eNutramart again. And neither should you. |

One week after I have submitted my order, I have received an email saying that they need to verify some of the information. When I called, they asked me to confirm that my billing and shipping addresses were different. It was on Friday. They say they will ship it on Monday. On Tuesday they have cancelled my order. When I called them really mad, they told me they have sent me a few emails and were never able to contact me. What? Excuse me! This was the worst experience ever shopping on-line. They have not even tried to apologize and correct their mistake. They really pissed me off--I lost time, I needed to use this product. The worst! |

I purchase online all the time. eNutramart was one of the best experiences i had..I shopped and shopped and saw hundreds of products with reviews. I made my purchase and received the product way before I expected it..Fantastic! |
