Awesome service. Actually had what they advertised on NexTag and sold it as listed. Price included shipping and both brand new, never opened items were received in 5 days! I called to verify info as I had a previous poor experience with DPO not selling at listed price and adding on for shipping and customer service here was terrific, quick and efficient. I will not hesitate to come straight back here for further items. |

Awful online seller. Avoid. No indication of stock levels. Order placed online but they made me phone in to finalize. When I called they were closed for the week, but there was no indication of this on the web site. |

Made purchase of a Faucet on 3/18/09 and it is now 4/13/09, and no Faucet. Call to check status and was transfered around, then got hung up on. Would not recommend, since there are so many other place on-line to shop. |

I was given the run-around when trying to return the product I ordered. My call was not returned with an authorization number for over one week and then was charged a 25% restocking fee after answering the same 5 questions by three different customer service people. |

After I ordered my sink on line, this merchant sent me an email to call them. When I called them they asked me if I wanted to buy a strainer for $32.00 and shipping insurance for $14. I bought this stuff because I was afraid not to. I bought my faucet from plumbing.net the same day and have been given the UPS tracking number. It is expected to arrive on March 9. I'm very nervous about ordering from Decor Island as I have not heard any thing from them in 5 days, except when the wanted me to purchase the additional products, o'yea plus shipping. And I'll agree with the other comments that report the customer service reps as rude. I called them back to order a soap dispenser and got the same rep. This seems to be a 2 man operation from what I could hear in the back ground. Luckily, my card has not been charged. Still, very nervous. |

After comparison shopping with multiple online vendors and seeing all the same prices for the items I wanted, including at this site, and deciding to shop here anyway because I had recently placed another order with them, I was quite pleasantly surprised when I found that the prices I was being charged for the items were further discounted, saving me a fair amount of money. 18 days to get UPS tracking info and still awaiting arrival. Item was listed as "in stock". Called after 2 weeks, took 13 minutes to answer and another 8 mins to tell me it was due in a few days. Women on call was pleasant but company customer service is lacking. |

I was had been looking for a Danze shower trim that was 'globally' out of stock according to the manufacturer. I called Decor Island and while they didn't have that exact part number in stock they were able to direct me to another shower trim from the same collection (ie the EXACT trim I was looking for) with an additional part in the package that was listed under a different part number. So I was able to get the trim I wanted, have an extra part that while I don't need will come in handy later...the best part was, this part number was CHEAPER than the original part. Thanks again for all your help! |

I've placed several orders with Decorisland and have always had excellent service. The prices are always very competitive and I like the fact that there are no shipping charges on orders of $80 or more. I've had one very bad experience ordering hardware online with another company which billed my credit card and never delivered any merchandise. With Decorisland I feel very confident that I'll get my merchandise. |

Worst internet experience ever. Horrible service. Product mailed late with no explanation. Mailed to wrong address (billing instead of shipping). Tried several times to explain this in both emails and calls, but non-fluent English service agents were first clueless, then rude and unhelpful. Service "helper" wanted to know why we had different billing and shipping address!! Emailed wrong replacement UPS label, then wanted us to arrange replacing label and remailing even though we lived in a different state. When part finally arrived, some fasteners were missing. Parts boxes looked 100 years old; obviously re-used. DO NOT USE THIS CO.!" |

You can find some good prices but the buying experience will be defenitely a disaster if you need anything outside of 2-3 weeks delivery with no hurry or care for your money or the product you are buying. Their customer service is without doubt thee worst in any market, without sense of what it means, SAYING SORRY DOESN'T MAKE IT (besides that you will be on hold for a good ten minutes at least). There is no supervisors and they will deny you any up help, try it and you will see. I wouldn't recommend this website not even to the worst of my enemies. |
