I ordered solor lighting from Maliboo lighting. It said they were in stock with 3 day shipping. I received it within 2 weeks. I think I should have gotten it sooner, but atleast it wasn't broke,so for that I'll give them a very good. Gotta try harder next time to win the 5 stars from me. |

Ordered a grill configured for propane and was sent one for natural gas. It's 600 pounds, so instead of an exchange they agreed to send a conversion kit. Instead, sent a few spare parts - for a different grill. They would not arrange for installation after manufacturer supplied the parts - told me to hire a plumber. I won't be buying from them again. |

I am in the process of receiving my flatware set from Gorham. The pieces they said were in stock were shipped and received promptly. The backordered items were received just yesterday, a week late. The customer service department took 3 days to contact me on the backorder, but they did get back to me. I am satisfied with my experience with HomeClick. |

My order still hasn't arrived. HomeClick charged me over $2900.00 immediately, and claimed that "We have this item in stock. In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days". It's been over 5 weeks, and still no products. Three emails and two phone calls later, and I only have one response which was "we'll have to call you back". I can't believe this company is still in business. Zero communication, absolutely would never purchase with them again. |

Basically, my homeclick experience was a good one. They had the product that I wanted at a good price and delivered it as expected. When I called with question the customer service people were effective and able to answer my questions. I did think that the freight cherges were a little high. |

I purchased a few items from Arthur Court Magnolia collection that I was able to find cheaper here than at my local department store.......Received my order quickly and when I called to cancle one of the products their phone staff was very courteous. |

Never again. Placed $500+ order on Sept 1...they immediately charged credit card but not ONE of items were in stock and they never mentioned. Some items came a month later with others promised with form email SIX WEEKS after order. When the six weeks arrived, they had still not shipped and sent ANOTHER form email promising ANOTHER six weeks. I then xcld the order and a week later, one of the cancelled items arrived, but no credit of any kind was made. Another two weeks passed and finally they sent email acknowledging cancel, stating as reason: Customer didn't want item. The nerve! Another week passed and credit card was finally refunded. Terrible customer service...be warned. |

I got scammed by Homeclick.com. YOU also may have been scammed without your knowledge! Shortly after purchasing from Homeclick.com these charges started appearing monthly on my Credit Card statements: WLI*SHOPPERDISCOUNT , 800-889-8776 , CT $10.00 I found out that Homeclick.com gave my credit card information to an outfit called Webloyalty.com. This happened during Homeclick.com's check out process. A popup window appears that says something like this.."Click here to save $10 on you next purchase". What they do not tell you is that when you click on it Homeclick.com automatically forwards your credit card info to Scam partner Webloyalty.com and you are enrolled in some discount program where you get charged $10 monthly unless you cancel after 30 days. Homeclick.com gets a piece of the pie from this deceptive scam. Check your credit card statements. I had to cancel my credit card as a result. Do not shop at scam site Homeclick.com. |

This was my first purchase from this company, two TOTO toilets. The price was very good and shipping was free. My initial reaction was uncertainty as shipping was promised by or before Jan11th on an end of November order and the credit card was billed immediately. The toilets came in less than a month and were handled very well by a professional shipping company. All in all I was very pleased and saved appreciably over a local suppplier. Would definitely recommend to friends. |

I ordered a Duravit console sink from Homeclick on 12/4/2006. Two weeks later they send me the console but not the sink. I call their customer service and after an eternity of waiting they agent tells me it is out of stock and will ship by 1/8/2007. Well on January 8th I call once again and ask why hasn't the sink shipped. The agent says I will call you back before 6PM today. Needless to say I did no receive a call. On the 9th I log into their site and see that the item is delayed. I call and explain I need the sink because it is for a remodeling project that is underway. The agent places me on hold and comes back 15 minutes later to say that the sink is out of stock and will not be available until mid-February. I tell here this is unacceptable and to cancel the cancel the order and send a return label for the console. Now I receive an email from customer svc telling me to return the console at my cost and they are charging a 25% restocking fee. Total joke. Do not buy from Homeclick. |

Merchandise was confirmed and charged to cr. card w/ 1 week est. shipping date. Checked status online 1 week later, said order was delayed. Waited 1 more week, same info online. Called HomeClick - said they had been informed 2 days after the order was placed that the merchandise was discontinued and would not be shipped. I never received an e-mail or phone call even tho address and phone number was provided AND I was never issued a credit. Stay away! |

(Edited February 05th by stevenfreds) My wife and I had to replace an entire kitchen damage in a fire. The difficulty was doing this with amount paid by the insurance company. We found that at homeclick.com, we were able to do this and have money left over. |

Ordered the Toto Drake toilet through HomeClick. I was a bit suspicious based on the variation in the reviews. My toilet was listed as being in stock with shipment in 2 business days. The automated email generated by my order stated that the product would ship within the next 6 weeks. I emailed Homeclick for clarificaion and was promptly advised it would ship within 2 business days. Based on the tracking information it actually took 4 days to initiate the shipment, but I received my order a few days later. The packing job was one of the best I have seen-you could drop the box ten feet and not damage the toilet. This was the first toilet installation I had ever attempted so I was debating whether or not to call a plumber, but decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be one of the easiest plumbing jobs I have ever attempted. The new toilet is working great - but I would not order the quiet-close seat (Not worth the extra cost). Highly recommend HomeClick and Toto. |

Online status showed item was in stock. This vendor charged our credit card. then told us the item was out of stock. Numerous delivery dates were provided but no item was ever delivered. Numerous emails were sent politely requesting status of shipment but were not answered. I would not recommend ordering fromthis vendor. |

If I could give this company a zero if I would. Very poor customer service. Tried to cancel an order according to their policy and it has been five weeks and still no credit to my credit card. I would never do business with this company again and you should not either!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I placed an order for 2 items totalling $360.00 - that were shown as in stock at the time I placed my order. My confimation email then showed that things would not ship for several weeks. OK no biggie, I can wait. Several weeks passed, no shipping confirmation so I called to cancel the order, since I needed this stuff. At that time I was told it would take 2 days to confirm cancellation (WTH?!) and apply refund. Today I got an email confirming $57.00 of a refund and cancellation of one of the two items (although the credit has yet to appear in my account). I called to inquire and was told they were waiting for confirmation from their supplier before they would cancel. What is that all about?! They agreed the item had never shipped - but would not refund my money?! This company clearly has no interest in either customer service or above board business practices. I HIGHLY recommend they be avoided at all costs! |

Ordered china from them. Was told not available until after Holidays. Immediately cancelled order. Received order any way weeks later and my card was charged. Opened boxes only to find they shipped me another china pattern which was discontinued!!! Don't use this merchant if you want correct on time orders. |

I knew the Grohe faucet I wanted was going to be expensive, so I wanted to look online for the best price. Homeclick had the best price and it was in stock!! And only 4 days later, it was at my house!!! I would definetly shop here again!! |
