I know others have had bad experience with this Homeclick. But this was not the case for my order. I ordered a Bosch Platinum dryer for $521 which was almost half off the price of other dealers on the web. I actually just looked at the overall score on this site before ordering (stupid). But I subsequently I did read the many negative comments. Due to this I called Homeclick and asked if the Dryer was in stock as was stated on the website. The girl said it was not n stock, so the website was not accurate. So I asked to cancel the order and my request was processed. The next day I received an email that the order had been shipped. So now if I continued with the cancellation there would be a 25% re-stocking fee. Gold Coast delivered the Dryer in perfect condition 13 days from order. Bottom line is I got a great dryer at a great price with fast free delivery. Overall Rating

Based on everything I'd read about Homeclick, I was hesitant about buying from them despite the fact they were selling the bed I wanted (Klaussner Miller Mission Bed), at 50% less than other merchants. However, it seemed the biggest complaint people had made about Homeclick was the amount of time it took to receive the order. Since time was not of the essence for me, I decided to cross my fingers and take the plunge. I ordered the bed on 1/13/09 and today, 2/2/09 it's sitting in my bedroom and looking better than I had expected. The bedframe even came with slats with supports, although that hadn't been mentioned in their ad. True, Homeclicks customer support is a bit weak, and there was a slight breakdown in their communication process. At one point they said the shipment was going to be delayed, but that turned out to be incorrect. They said they'd send an email regarding the order status, but never did. However, when all is said and done, I feel I got a great deal and am very happy. Overall Rating

Free shipping promotion was over the weekend. There was no customer service using 800 number during this period. This was not helpful as expected. The site says there can be shipping upgrade. There is no choice in the drop-down list throughout the checkout process. This is not helpful as expected, either. Overall Rating

DO NOT BUY FROM HOMECLICK! Rec'd a $270 Hinkley sconce that had a short in the wiring. On 1/17, Homeclick told me I'd get instructions from the distributor in 24 hours. Two months,6 calls/emails later - nothing. They keep you on hold,lie, NEVER call you back and never fix the problem. They told me to call the distributor myself and gave me a name/number of a place that never heard of Homeclick. Also told me to call Hinkley, who said Homeclick is NOT an authorized dealer. My order process was fine it was the shipping that was not. The site said 7 to 10 days and it took me to remind them that it wasn't shipped until almost 15 days that they did ship it. It was then shipped freight not FedEx as advertised. I then was expected to set up my own delivery with the freight company. The delivery was execute and the product came fine but I was left with a freigh palette now that I am expected to dispose of. I would not use this company again ever. Overall Rating
