Very good prices, decent selection, easy to use website and good customer service. My only slightly negative thought is the status of their inventory. One minute it is there, the next it isn't and then it is there yet again. But most importantly, somehow I always get the goods in a timely manner. Overall Rating

Free shipping promotion was over the weekend. There was no customer service using 800 number during this period. This was not helpful as expected. The site says there can be shipping upgrade. There is no choice in the drop-down list throughout the checkout process. This is not helpful as expected, either. Overall Rating

I order a bathtub and two toilets. The tub transaction was fine. Homeclick failed to deliver the toilets that were ordered with the tub. The delivery date was quoted in a confirmation at 12/18/07 (1 week longer than the 4-6 week range identified when ordered) and after multiple calls and "research" by Homeclick they finally came back and said maybe in March. Maybe the toilets would be delivered in March??? I decided to cancel the order for the toilets and now they say that it is going to be 3-5 days before they can credit my card. What a crock. Bad company. Do not order from this company. I am doing a home remodel and have ordered about $20K online in the last few months. Homeclick is the only vendor that has failed to fully deliver as promised and also the only vendor that charged my card before the goods were shipped. Overall Rating

I ordered a food processor from the homeclick; however, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong one. I realized this mistake an hour after placing the order. I called to cancel so I could order the right one, and customer service assured me that it would be cancelled. A week later, the wrong processor arrived at my house. When I called to return it, customer service put in a request to waive the outrageous 25% restocking fee. I never heard back from them. After repeated calls and emails, I still get no response from them except to pay the fee. This is no way to do business by ripping people off who make an honest mistake. Their customer service staff are impossible to deal with, no straight answers. I am sure whatever you are looking for you can find somewhere else cheaper. DO NOT BUY FROM homeclick, their return policy is ridiculous, and their customer service is worse. Overall Rating

I know others have had bad experience with this Homeclick. But this was not the case for my order. I ordered a Bosch Platinum dryer for $521 which was almost half off the price of other dealers on the web. I actually just looked at the overall score on this site before ordering (stupid). But I subsequently I did read the many negative comments. Due to this I called Homeclick and asked if the Dryer was in stock as was stated on the website. The girl said it was not n stock, so the website was not accurate. So I asked to cancel the order and my request was processed. The next day I received an email that the order had been shipped. So now if I continued with the cancellation there would be a 25% re-stocking fee. Gold Coast delivered the Dryer in perfect condition 13 days from order. Bottom line is I got a great dryer at a great price with fast free delivery. Overall Rating

I placed two orders on Dec 4 and they were supposed to ship on or before Dec 18. There was also a guarantee that all orders would be delivered on or before Christmas Eve. Dec 18 came and went with no shipping confirmation. I called customer service and they informed me the vendor was out-of-stock for my two orders (would have been nice to know this information beforehand without having to place a phone call). I explained that they needed to satisfy their promise of getting me these orders before Christmas. They said they could not and offered me a lousy 10% discount, which I turned down. Later they offered me a 15% discount, which still was not nearly enough compensation for the terrible experience I have had. Do not buy from them if you expect to have something delivered when they say, or if you expect to be actually notified when something has gone wrong. Overall Rating
