This merchant is awful. It's been a month, and my product hasn't shipped, despite the website saying that it would ship within 2 weeks of purchase. They did not inform me about the delay until I went seeking an answer. This prooduct was ordered 1 month before Xmas, and now it's not going to arrive in time. They have no shame for their actions. This merchant should be off of pricegrabber. Honestly. There is no accountability by HomeClick.com Overall Rating

HORRID service and NO communication after the initial order confirmation. I ordered October 23rd and am still waiting for my product (December 3rd)! After a month, I called to cancel but they said it was too late, the order had been shipped from the company. I've emailed HomeClick twice since then inquiring about the order with no response! This is the WORST epurchase I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this merchant to anyone, much less make another purchase. I regret this one!!! Overall Rating

I filled out an order form to see what Homeclick's shipping costs were for a Bosch dryer but did not submit the order, just closed the window. An hour later I received an email confirming my order. I called Homeclick immediately telling them to cancel the order. In the past 2 weeks Homeclick has tried twice to take out hundreds of dollars, costing me overdraft fees, even though I have contacted Homeclick 5+ times both via phone and email during this time saying ‘cancel this order'. Their customer service is slow and unwilling to help, so now they are shipping the item anyway, even though they have not gotten their money yet because it overdraws my account each time they try. My only option from here (according to Homeclick) is to refuse shipment…. which will unfortunately cost another 25% in a restocking fee, and a $119 charge to have the freight company bring the item back to them. When I am actually ready to purchase a dryer, I sincerely doubt I will be using Homeclick.com. Overall Rating

I ordered the wrong sink grid, so I had to exchange it or return it. Come to find out they don't do exchanges. So I called to return it and I get disconnected from their customer service throughout the day. Previously I had sent them an email looking to return it and get an RMA #. Never heard from them. The item was as ordered, but the customer service was non-existent. Overall Rating

Email was sent with zero response. Then when contacted via phone attempting to just get a cover replaced and not ship the entire 125 lb toilet I was told after 20 mins they would try. After 10+ days with no response I sent a fax requesting it be taken care of asap. 10 days & no response again I made another phone call and was told they were waiting for me to give them a serial number. ??? how was I to know that??? When I looked for the s/n I found multiple numbers and made a call back. This time I was told the s/n had to begin with letter "s" Nothing I had began with "s" no help. Frustrated I said I wanted to return everything and was then put on hold for 15 minutes. I contacted Kohler all they needed was the model and color to ship the cover at no cost. They also said they do not put serial numbs on toilets. PURE IDIOTS AT HOMECLICK = HASSLE Overall Rating

Their price is a little cheaper than another seller, but their service is very bad. Don't save a little money but make you headache. They promised shipping the products in 2-3 weeks, but no email or call for shipping delay schedule. I asked for cancel, and refund but they sound like the cancel is OK but doesn't know when they'll refund to me. Really bad service!!! Overall Rating

Don't waste your money!!! I would never recommend this company. I ordered a washer and dryer from them, listed as in stock and was told would be shipped within 2-3 business days. Got an e-mail, as did many other reviewers, stating shipping would be a few days later. Long story short, took 2 weeks to SHIP the washer, let alone receive it and now over 90 days later there is still no dryer and they can't tell me anything about it. I have been in contact with them every few days for a week and a half now and am constantly told that they will e-mail me within 2 business days. I have yet to receive an e-mail. The customer service rep gave me his extension to call him back, but it's someone elses' line and he can't help me. When I ask for the supervisor, he's not available, but they can put me on hold although it might be over an hour before they can find him. Basically they use your money as a loan and you never see the item. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Avoid this company Overall Rating

I ordered 36 wine glasses (3 types, 12 each) from homeclick. All the glasses arrived within 2 days of their estimated delivery date. The glasses were all Waterford Crystal and very fragile. I was very concerned about how the glasses would arrive... There actually was one damaged glass in the shipment, but customer service helped me get an immediaite replacement. Overall Rating

I knew the Grohe faucet I wanted was going to be expensive, so I wanted to look online for the best price. Homeclick had the best price and it was in stock!! And only 4 days later, it was at my house!!! I would definetly shop here again!! Overall Rating

Ordered china from them. Was told not available until after Holidays. Immediately cancelled order. Received order any way weeks later and my card was charged. I placed an order for 2 items totalling $360.00 - that were shown as in stock at the time I placed my order. My confimation email then showed that things would not ship for several weeks. OK no biggie, I can wait. Several weeks passed, no shipping confirmation so I called to cancel the order, since I needed this stuff. At that time I was told it would take 2 days to confirm cancellation (WTH?!) and apply refund. Today I got an email confirming $57.00 of a refund and cancellation of one of the two items (although the credit has yet to appear in my account). I called to inquire and was told they were waiting for confirmation from their supplier before they would cancel. What is that all about?! They agreed the item had never shipped - but would not refund my money?! This company clearly has no interest in either customer service or above board business practices. I HIGHLY recommend they be avoided at all costs! Overall Rating

Online status showed item was in stock. This vendor charged our credit card. then told us the item was out of stock. Numerous delivery dates were provided but no item was ever delivered. Numerous emails were sent politely requesting status of shipment but were not answered. I would not recommend ordering fromthis vendor. Overall Rating

Ordered the Toto Drake toilet through HomeClick. I was a bit suspicious based on the variation in the reviews. My toilet was listed as being in stock with shipment in 2 business days. The automated email generated by my order stated that the product would ship within the next 6 weeks. I emailed Homeclick for clarificaion and was promptly advised it would ship within 2 business days. Based on the tracking information it actually took 4 days to initiate the shipment, but I received my order a few days later. The packing job was one of the best I have seen-you could drop the box ten feet and not damage the toilet. This was the first toilet installation I had ever attempted so I was debating whether or not to call a plumber, but decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be one of the easiest plumbing jobs I have ever attempted. The new toilet is working great - but I would not order the quiet-close seat (Not worth the extra cost). Highly recommend HomeClick and Toto. Overall Rating
