I never did recieve the product I ordered. I was given five different times to expect it. I ordered November 30th and was told on February 23rd that I should expect it in December of this year, a full 13 months after I ordered the product. I just checked again on thier site and it still says 'In Stock'. Twice I wrote to customer service and neither time did I recieve a reply. Overall Rating

Ordered two items from the seller. Instead of two items, only one arrived in a damaged condition. I requested a refund. Received a prepaid label to send the defective item back. The story was not over since the refund was only for 1 of the items. Reiterated the request for refund for the full amount. No response. A few days later the second item arrived in the mail, which I no longer needed. Diorganized and useless seller. Overall Rating

DON'T Buy from HOMELCLICK! They have given me one of the worse online shopping experiences I ever had. It's been over a month and change since I placed my order with these guys. Not only did I have to call to check if my order shipped (no email confirm, no call..) I had to follow up w/ the SUPERVISOR trying to find out if the order even shipped from the manufacturer. I was told only a SV can do that...he never called back. After repeated calls, finally a CS Rep calls & tells me the order isn't in stock! I verified it was in stock the day I placed my order..then I was told it would ship the next week. That was also a lie. CS doesn't have a clue on how to help, & Homeclick tells customers false info to get us off thier back. They put you on hold for over a half hour..It's like calling DMV.. I would not recommend HOMECLICK to ANYONE. Don't IGNORE THE BUYER RATING! If it has a few bad reviews, you have been warned. Spend a little more & get better service. Heck, get the merchandise! (Edited March 21st by no2guncntrl)  I ordered two Toto products from Homeclick.com and had one of the nicest transactions ever. I made sure to ask Sales before I placed the order if in fact the product was in stock. The Sales Rep went and did a physical check to see if they were and told me all was good. I placed the order on 3/7/08 and they arrived on 3/13/08 very well packaged and protected. I've had no problem with Homeclick.com and would definitely buy from them again. I think if one just makes sure with Sales that whatever they want to purchase is physically in stock, things will go smoother, but that's just my 0.02. Overall Rating

I was extremely disappointed that HomeClick advertises items they can NOT deliver in a reasonably timely manner. My order was placed in November 2007; it is now April 2008 and I recently received most of my order, but five glasses were defective/need to be returned. I am having difficulty in even getting a return label promised by Homeclick to return them. It has been a miserable experience!! Overall Rating

"I will never order from Homeclick again. When I first odered my item, it looked like a great deal, and it was scheduled to ship the next day. It was also very easy to order from the site. I waited patiently for 10 days and went to check the website for the status of my order. It now said that shipping had been delayed. I received no notification about this. The site now said that it was scheduled to ship the first of next month, so then I decided that I really did not want this product and asked to cancel. I sent two emails to them and a week and a half later I finally received a response. They had not listened and just gave me my order status instead, and said it was scheduled to ship in July! (3 months later than I had been told it would arrive to begin with.) I have yet to receive another response from them concerning a refund. It's been like pulling teeth just to get a response at all. If they had just communicated to me at ALL, things would have been fine. Overall Rating

I have called homeclick 3 times regarding my purchase from them. When I purchased my item on the net, there was a glitch in their website. My order was duplicated. When I received the automated email of two purchase orders, I called to cancel one. The customer service rep told me that they would email me and let me know it was canceled. I let a few days go by and no email. I called again to asked if it were canceled. It was. Then I received only 1/10th of my shipment. The package slip sent with it said that it was all suppose to be in the box. I called again and they said the system was down and couldn't check to see if there was suppose to be another box during the shipment, or if it was going to be shipped together. They would get back to me in 24 hours. Still waiting! I would never ever buy from this site again. What a fricken headache! Overall Rating

AVOID HOMECLICK. I AM OUT $760 AND NOW HAVE A BATHTUB WITH PUNCTURES IN THE BOTTOM. Homeclick should not be allowed to get away with this. I filed claims with Homeclick and with the freight company. My credit card company placed the transaction on a 30-Day Dispute and temporarily credited my account. They also said that they would investigate Homeclick for fraud. It is illegal to sell damaged goods. My next steps are filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Middlesex County, NJ and with the Better Business Bureau in the same county. My complaints are that their negligent packaging failed to protect my tub, they sold me a damaged tub, and their 2-3 day return policy is unfair and unreasonable. Homeclick hides behind their policies and their zombee-like brain-washed Customer Service Staff. How do they live with themselves? Well my policy is not to pay for damaged merchandise. Avoid Homeclick. It's not worth the paltry $100 that I would have saved. Overall Rating

The good points about Homeclick: price, choice, free delivery and no tax. The bad points about Homeclick: everything else! Delivery: half the pedestal sink showed up. The other half finally arrived damaged. Still waiting for the replacement, one and a half months later. I am still waiting for the bottom half of the toilet, no end in sight (no pun intended). Customer service people lie. "Yes, we have those in stock and I will arrange to have one shipped out." Three times so far. It has yet to be shipped. Me: "Can I speak to a manager?" Rep: "I'm the only one in Customer Service today." Really??? Talk to three reps, you get three different answers. Very, very frustrating. Two items are not available until three months after the initial order, so I can cancel those items if I like. By the way, there will be a 25% fee. Is this how they make up for low prices? Schedule your contractor at least six months after ordering, and then pray! Overall Rating
