I have called homeclick 3 times regarding my purchase from them. When I purchased my item on the net, there was a glitch in their website. My order was duplicated. When I received the automated email of two purchase orders, I called to cancel one. The customer service rep told me that they would email me and let me know it was canceled. I let a few days go by and no email. I called again to asked if it were canceled. It was. Then I received only 1/10th of my shipment. The package slip sent with it said that it was all suppose to be in the box. I called again and they said the system was down and couldn't check to see if there was suppose to be another box during the shipment, or if it was going to be shipped together. They would get back to me in 24 hours. Still waiting! I would never ever buy from this site again. What a fricken headache! |

We ordered a towel warmer with "satin nickle" finish and received a towel warmer that was painted. We returned the item and purchased a chrome version (which we verified was actually chrome!). However, HomeClick charged us a restocking fee even though we made the case that the description was misleading and we did purchase the towel warmer in a different finish. Bad form! |

When I called with a question the boy that answered was rude and not helpful at all. The bridal registry took 1 week to list that all the wine glasses I bought were marked as purchased. I bought them from you! Bridal registry needs work. |

I actually still don't have the product I ordered (over three weeks ago). I've had no communication from them (even I after I e-mailed them) and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes just to talk to a not so nice customer service rep who forwarded me to someone's voicemail. They said it will ship today -- how convenient. I have no faith that they'll come through. I would never use them again. |

Order a DANSK bull and bear. All the order was charged to my credit card same day. The bull arrived 2 month latter, phoned for the bear, ask me to be patient (after 8 weeks). Four month latter called again to see where was my order and told me that product was discontinued and gave me a credit to my expired credit card. After 4 month I don't have neither bear, nor my money. Off course, I won't buy any more from this company, and recommend to do the same. Don't even think about it!!!! |

I was ensured when I placed the order (over the phone because I was assured that it would arrive quicker!) that it would arrive by 9/23 or 9/26 at the latest but I checked today (9/23) and it won't even be shipped until later today or Monday! This is totally disappointing and has caused me to have to reschedule the installation. I should have purchased from a competitor! My mistake...... |

(Edited October 27th by Johnajshaw) I first started recieving notices that my order would ship within the next 48 hours 6 weeks ago. two e-mail and 4 phone calls later I am told I would be notified when it shipped and that they expected it by the end of the week. The following wednesday I recieved the wrong item!! 2 week ater after e-mails and phone calls I have an RMA #, a trucking company comes to pick up and asks for additional paperwork that I do not have. Pry you don't need customer service becuase I've experienced none. |

Placed order on 11/10/05 for an LG Regrigerator. Today is 12/13/05 and I'm still waiting. Customer service puts you on hold for an average of 1 hour. Then when they do answer they tell you they have to research it and call you back in 24 hours. They don't ever call you back! They can't even respond to my emails. AVOID! |

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN! After almost 4 weeks of waiting from time of order, and a prompting phone call from me, Homeclick sent email saying products shipping in 10 days. Two days later they sent email saying products unavailable (but they're still listed on their web site). |

never got the bodum coffee maker. called four times (put on hold once at 15 min, 1 at 20, 1 at 28 and 1 at 30 min) used their "call back system...no call backs. three e-mails- finally got a response on 1/13/06 homeclik waiting for it to arrive, then ship it right out. web site tracking said it was mailed out on or before 1/9/06. No one from homeclik ever called me to inform me order was "back ordered". 1/19/06 called the cancellation department (got right through to a person with two rings!) |

i've placed three orders with homeclick, first two took a while to ship. the third of which i was just informed was backordered an additional 2-3 weeks, which leads me to cancel the order and order from someone else who has it in stock (for similar price). customer service is extremely slow -- expect to wait on phone for 45-50 minutes, or 1-2 business days via email. items i did receive are as expected, though, and the prices are pretty good. so if you don't mind waiting, go for it. |

Terrible experience - did not answer 2 e-mail - lost hour on phone hold - after a month canceled via phone and six day later got shipping e-mail. Reported this and was advised there would be a 25% restock fee ($73.91)- This one will rip you off. They charge your card immediately. |

I ordered wedgewood bowls approximately 5 weeks ago. I have sent 2 e-mails requesting information on status (of course the card was charged). No answer. I finally called today only to be told that they would have to contact the vendor and they promised to get back to me. We'll see! |

Ordered the cooktop from Homeclick on 4/2/06. Credit card was chared the following day. Was told item would ship in 2-3 weeks. When it did not arrive, contacted them and was told I would get an update in 1-2 days. Never got one. Contacted them several more times, but no help. Finally cancelled the order after a month but still have the charges on my account. |

I purchased a maxx bath tub on 1/13/06 it arrived 3/2/06 damaged , after filling all the forms faxing info and calling continuously I finally got through to them on the 3/21/06 ! It is now 4/30/06 and I still don't have my issue resolved ! They picked up the tub and I tried to cancel the order to find someone who could get it faster but they refuse and now don't even return e-mails or phone calls!!!!I would never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy ! Ordered Dacor/Digital Entertainment Center for the Kitchen - DKE24S as the estimated shipping was in 2-3 days. The credit card was charged immediately. Now it is 14 days since I placed my order but it has not been shipped yet. The customer service is a joke and completely unresponsive. If it does not arrive in another two days- I am planning to cancel the order. A completely negative experience. |

Ordered a grill configured for propane and was sent one for natural gas. It's 600 pounds, so instead of an exchange they agreed to send a conversion kit. Instead, sent a few spare parts - for a different grill. They would not arrange for installation after manufacturer supplied the parts - told me to hire a plumber. I won't be buying from them again. |

My order still hasn't arrived. HomeClick charged me over $2900.00 immediately, and claimed that "We have this item in stock. In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days". It's been over 5 weeks, and still no products. Three emails and two phone calls later, and I only have one response which was "we'll have to call you back". I can't believe this company is still in business. Zero communication, absolutely would never purchase with them again. |

Never again. Placed $500+ order on Sept 1...they immediately charged credit card but not ONE of items were in stock and they never mentioned. Some items came a month later with others promised with form email SIX WEEKS after order. When the six weeks arrived, they had still not shipped and sent ANOTHER form email promising ANOTHER six weeks. I then xcld the order and a week later, one of the cancelled items arrived, but no credit of any kind was made. Another two weeks passed and finally they sent email acknowledging cancel, stating as reason: Customer didn't want item. The nerve! Another week passed and credit card was finally refunded. Terrible customer service...be warned. |

I got scammed by Homeclick.com. YOU also may have been scammed without your knowledge! Shortly after purchasing from Homeclick.com these charges started appearing monthly on my Credit Card statements: WLI*SHOPPERDISCOUNT , 800-889-8776 , CT $10.00 I found out that Homeclick.com gave my credit card information to an outfit called Webloyalty.com. This happened during Homeclick.com's check out process. A popup window appears that says something like this.."Click here to save $10 on you next purchase". What they do not tell you is that when you click on it Homeclick.com automatically forwards your credit card info to Scam partner Webloyalty.com and you are enrolled in some discount program where you get charged $10 monthly unless you cancel after 30 days. Homeclick.com gets a piece of the pie from this deceptive scam. Check your credit card statements. I had to cancel my credit card as a result. Do not shop at scam site Homeclick.com. |

I ordered a Duravit console sink from Homeclick on 12/4/2006. Two weeks later they send me the console but not the sink. I call their customer service and after an eternity of waiting they agent tells me it is out of stock and will ship by 1/8/2007. Well on January 8th I call once again and ask why hasn't the sink shipped. The agent says I will call you back before 6PM today. Needless to say I did no receive a call. On the 9th I log into their site and see that the item is delayed. I call and explain I need the sink because it is for a remodeling project that is underway. The agent places me on hold and comes back 15 minutes later to say that the sink is out of stock and will not be available until mid-February. I tell here this is unacceptable and to cancel the cancel the order and send a return label for the console. Now I receive an email from customer svc telling me to return the console at my cost and they are charging a 25% restocking fee. Total joke. Do not buy from Homeclick. |

Merchandise was confirmed and charged to cr. card w/ 1 week est. shipping date. Checked status online 1 week later, said order was delayed. Waited 1 more week, same info online. Called HomeClick - said they had been informed 2 days after the order was placed that the merchandise was discontinued and would not be shipped. I never received an e-mail or phone call even tho address and phone number was provided AND I was never issued a credit. Stay away! |
