The rental program is excellent. The price to rent the book is fair compared to the price of purchasing. Easy return policy as well. |

After saving almost $200 renting my books, I will definitely shop at eCampus again. This is the first time that I am renting my textbooks and I have to say that I am pretty excited about it! The books came faster than expected and I get to ship them back for free at the end of the semester. I was unsure that one of the books was the one I needed for class, so I called customer service and they were polite and helpful. |

Terrible service. I ordered a Bluebook necessary for class and after 10 days they still have not even shipped it from their processing facility. I never received any communication from them and after I contacted them multiple times finally sent me an email telling me it had been delayed. As a student this is unacceptable business practice and I will never do business with them of any sort again. |

I've spent a couple of hours looking for this book to find that most of the other vendors have raised the price to hundreds of dollars. I'm glad to see there is an honest vendor. In the future I'll come here first when I'm shopping for a book. Thank you... AS OF TODAY 3/27/10- I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BOOK! SO, MANY OF THE QUESTIONS YOU'VE ASKED CAN'T BE ANSWERED.
