I recently started my MBA program and have been buying all my books from ecampus. They sell used as well as new books and they will even buy books back. They usually have everything in stock and ship the same day order is received. |

I had looked all over for the Beatles Anthology book at a good price. My total cost was $23.97 for the book (which included shipping with UPS). I ordered on Monday night and received the book on Friday morning. Excellent condition. I would buy from e campus again and again. |

Very poor!!! Unable to order two books at a time. Was notified via e-mail that book was not available; however, it still shows that it is in stock. You need to do some work!!! |

There is a shipping fee (there's only a shipping fee if order is over $35.00 which you do not find out about until after you order and then by then you've already paid, etc.) So for me, they were definitely NOT the cheapest when I added the shipping amount! |

I've ordered from ecampus several times. Usually great prices (particularly on used books) and the free shipping is a good deal if you combine your total order to be over $35. Drawback is that shipping is a bit slower than what they predict (3 working days predicted; my orders seem to take about a week). Great site if you want to save $ and don't need that book right this minute. |

I have made several purchases with ecampus.com. I have found their prices to be among the best anywhere, and the free shipping for orders over $35 is great! The ordering process went smoothly. The downside--it may take a day or more before they notify you if an item is unavailable. Additionally, shipping tends to be slow. It took 12 days for my most recent purchases to arrive. I would not recommend their website for items needed immediately; but for other purchases, you can't beat their prices! |

I chose to order a book from this website because it offered free shipping. Upon checkout, I found out that the shipping is not free. I do not like to be deceived or tricked and was very disappointed. |

I ordered a book from them. Their price was lower than others. They told me I have to wait for them to find the book 2-3 business days before shipping. 9 business days ago, I got an email to confirm shipping, but the tracking no. wasn't correct. Never reponding emails, Never pick up a call, and live help online doesn't work. Will not buy from them again. Terrible services. I recommend to buy the book from Barns and Noble, Amazon or half.com. They are all trustable and always on time. |

Great prices on new and used books.If you spend over $35.00 shipping is free. However shipping tends to be very slow so I don't recommend this website for items needed immediately. |

I ordered a book. I got a tracking e-mail, then I also got a steady stream of junk e-mails originating from adserver.ecampus.com, I think this kind of exploitation of customer information is disgraceful. Their prices must mandate it I suppose. |

I am very disappointed with Ecampus. I ordered a book from them on Jan 16th, 2002 that was listed as in stock. On Jan 31st I called to find out where the book is after my email for same went unanswered. It had not been shipped and the operator told me it was a special order. On top of that they were charging almost $4.00 in shipping (rapid shipping) for a $5.00 book. I cancelled my order and will not be back. |

Like others have said, they claim a book is in stock, when it really isn't. I even called to place my order 2 weeks before Christmas. They assured me it would be delivered in time. I didn't get my books till 3 weeks after Christmas. They charged my credit card double what they advertised. I waited 26 minutes on hold to find out why. They denied ever advertising the lower price and refused to refund my money, leaving me only to dispute the charges on my credit card. I will never order again. |

This place is a joke. Don't waste your time when they quote you a low price on their books. The fact is that it's probably not in stock! One time I waited a month and nothing came. I was furious because it was suppose to be a b-day present for a friend. I called ecampus and they told me that the item wasn't in stock. The order had been canceled the following day after I ordered it. No email informing me about this yet the order was still open even after they canceled it! |

I've tried to order two books from Ecampus. Both were supposed to ship out within just a few days, but they didn't. There is a certain time at which you can no longer cancel your order, and I think they lie about when that time comes. I got my books over 3 weeks late. Horrible business. |

Purchased about $75 worth of DVD's from these guys. The website said "In Stock - ships in 2-3 days". It has now been over a month and they have not sent a darn thing. When I called them to ask what's up, they told me that they were "out of stock" and searching for other suppliers to fulfill my order. I am on the verge of cancelling my order. This is an ill-run organization and I would not deal with them a second time. |

based on good results & GREAT price on my first order, I would recommend them & will use them again. no comment on how they might handle rush orders. you have to read their terms carefully to get the best deal (including the free shipping). I was willing to wait & it paid off. yes, shipping was slow. I received email after 12 days saying item would be shipped as soon as new stock arrived. then 2 days later, notification that it had shipped (w/ tracking #), and it arrived in two days. |

I have purchased textbooks for my doctorate program from eCampus a couple times and I have been impressed. Shipping is a little slow, but this is balanced out by the savings available. I usually search on another site and eCampus almost always has some of the best prices. |

Buyer/seller beware of this company! I sold back two textbooks two months ago and have yet to receive any payment for them. Company's customer support requires a minimum of 45 min on hold, only to be told that "the check's in the mail, you should receive it any day now." That sort of excuse works for the first week, but after a month, it is completely unacceptable. Hours are 10a-6p EST, so hard to reach. Whether I ever get my money or not, I will never do business with this company again. |

eCampus is a complete waste of time. Any money that you would have saved is not worth it. 40 minute minimum hold time, empty promises, and absolutely no customer satisfaction. AVOID AT ALL COSTS |

They showed the lowest price "In Stock" but 4 days later I got a cancellation e-mail advising that they in fact do not have it in stock. Even after this e-mail they still show it "In Stock". Poor business practice. Delayed my order by 4 days already and never had it in stock to begin with. |

May be I am too stupid to trust them in the 1st place! I was looking for a book ISBN-0590497960 for my kid's summer study. When I checked on Amazon, Amazon stated that they didn't have the book. However, ecampus claims they have new copies ready to be shipped in 5-7 days! 10 days after I paid for my order, it still shows status as "On Order". Now I suspect (almost believe) that they don't have the book at all! What a scam! How can you stay in business like this! |

The product never was received. If you don't want to wait month(s) and then never receive your order because ecampus.com could not get the order, don't order from these people. It's a huge waist of time! |
