The transaction process was easy and I did receive my item. I did find the item damaged on arrival not sure if due to business packaging or item packaging. The chip flipped over in the plastic wrap and pins were opposite of the black foam protector. I was going to RMA but I am slightly handy with electronics and was able to bend the 17 pins on the chip back into place. I installed and it worked fine. I do not recommend anyone doing that as the pins can snap off. I have a few tools that allowed me to do this with care. |

Transaction was handled well enough, but the picture when I ordered it showed it had a built in screen. It does not. The picture was apparently changed after I bought it. I'm returning it (less shipping & restocking fees), and will buy from more honest sellers from now on. |

The ad showed product was available for purchase, but after the purchased transaction was confirmed, the product was never shipped because the product was NOT available for purchase. I finally cancelled the order and bought the item on Amazon.com. |

Initially told it was backordered with delivery in 1-2 weeks. After two weeks was told it would be another two weeks before a new shipment came in and an additional week before I would receive it. |

Your order number is misleading! I called and verified that the item I was ordering was the "MAIN PHONE STATION" and was told that it was. Then when I received the order, it was the additional handset for the main station which I couldn't use without having the main phone station! It was mailed back to you (at my expense of $10.00) last week and you should be receiving it back this week. Pleaes credit my account! |

Order 2nd day air, needed ASAP. Problem with order where vendor took 2 days to tell me about it. When I emailed a response, waited another week, no product. Called now and found my response was never received. Time sensitive issue, wish the vendor would have called me same day the order was placed or followed up their email with a call later. Now, I'm stuck behind schedule on a deployment and taking my business elsewhere. |
