When I did not receive the product in over 2 weeks, I contacted the company by email. I was told that there was a problem with my order and it was being held in processing. I emailed back, but finally had to call the customer service number to talk to someone. I was told that the order had not been processed because of a computer glitch. No apology was made. No offer to expedite the shipping or any other offer to compensate for the delay. (the item did not arrive in time for Christmas). I had to contact them when I did not receive the item and I had to ask for faster shipping. They didn't offer anything. I will not order from them again. |

This Kodak digital frame, thanks to its wireless features, allows automatic display of images straight from our PC, without us having to copy them onto a memory card. We also have an account with Kodak.com and in the past have uploaded numerous pictures: the frame can also display these pictures straight from the Kodak website (as well as other websites such as flicker, etc...). Overall, we're very happy with this product. |

Terrible communication. Never received e-mail regarding order. Needed to return item b/c it did not work with my TV. After many attempts to get RMA (link they finally sent did not work), I had to sell on eBay at my own expense and trouble. |

Order this and paid for faster shipping on 12/18, to get product that was IN STOCK by christmas. I had to email seller on 12/23 as I was worried to find no UPS tracking for this shipment. They responded with email that had a phone number to call. When I called them, I was told that this item was no longer in stock............I was very upset and asked why I wasn't sent an email informing me of this status, but this person had no answer. So I cancelled my order, since there would be no way I could get this item by Christmas. When something is IN STOCK, I should be fine with the confirmation email that I received after purchasing the item. This was even more disgusting that I wasn't even notified of their error. I will never purchase from this seller. |

Ordered from them and never received product. After I emailed to complain, I got an email that said my item was out of stock. Would have been nice to know when I ordered it instead of days later after it didn't arrive. |

overbooked the item I ordered. After 13 days I contacted them and got a refund. Not easy to get in touch with. both, contact and custormer phone # went to voice mail. However, the email address did get a responce. |
