I have never received my mount. In addition, my transaction was halted due to possible fraud, and I was never notified. I had to follow up myself two weeks later to track down my item. I thought the seller should have been proactive with me. |

I ordered a printer, according to the description in PriceGrabber. I was shipped the printer toner cartridge. No where in the description did it mention anything about the item being a printer cartridge. I contacted ElectronicsPlus, and they said it was PriceGrabber's description mistake. They issued me a UPS return label the next day. I sent it back, and now I am waiting for the credit to my credit card. It was a waste of my time. |

The transactions were handled by Comp-u-plus, so not sure what the relationship with ElectronicsPLUS is. But order arrived in stipulated period, got tracking info and email updates from Comp-u-plus. |

Would certainly have been nicer if they would allow shipping to third party addresses. I am 87yrs young and handicapped and it's very hard for me to find a way to get to the post office to resend this to my daughter for X-Mas without asking friends to do it for me. Please consider this for us older people are disabled. |
