Took longer than they said to get, at least 10 days and I didn't get an email with a tracking number until after it came. I had to send them an email asking for a tracking number before I got it. |

The product was what we expected and works well; but it wasn't sent to us for days. Three days after placing my order I received tracking data for a non-existent package and e-mailed the seller that I couldn't track the package. I received no response to my e-mail. Two days later I received new tracking information (with no mention of the earlier incorrect data), but UPS reported that the product wasn't even in their posession for another day. I estimate it could have been sent 4-5 days sooner if not for the shipping malfunction. Perhaps I'm spoiled, but I often get much faster service from sellers when ordering on-line. So, I'm giving a neutral--not negative--review. It was within the promised time-frame, the product is as expected, but the service was less impressive than I expected. |

The unit that I received was poorly wired. In fact, the lights that indicate when a water bottle is empty were wired backwards. Being a handyman, I opened the unit to see how difficult it would be to wire the lights correctly and discovered two wires that were nearly cut in two because they were not properly tucked inside the houseing during assembly. Rewiring the lights would have required the cutting and splicing of the wires so I left them as they were. I'll wait for the warranty to expire first. |
