Motherboard was used. there were scratches from being installed in a system on the Network and USB Ports. Additionally there were several errors in the event log dating back to Feb 09. If they are going to sell something as new in the box, atleast clear the event log... BTW so far the motherboard does works. |

When I called to inquire about my order, it had been forgotten and been sitting on their shelf. I went to their store and picked it up in person. Item was advertised as brand new, factory sealed item, but item received was obviously not factory-sealed. It's unclear whether it's a brand new item, used, or refurbished. Emailed seller twice after the transaction, and haven't heard any responses for weeks! |

What was advertised is exactly what I received. Even the estimated date that I would receive the competitively priced product. Immediately after purchasing my product; I received emails confirming my purchase, a point-of-contact (if I had any questions), a UPS tracking number, and a product identification number. I sent an email to my poc confirming the received date, since this product was my fiance's b-day present (time sensitive). He responded back immediately & it was on time. Great Job! |

My credit card was charged the day I ordered the monitor. A week later I got an email that they no longer had that monitor and could subsitute another one. I sent 3 emails that day, I never got a reply to any of them. I called them and finally they sent the monitor. They charged my card on 11-29. The monitor should arrive 12-14. Terrible company!!! uBuyWeRush's Response: We emailed you the next business day that we did sell out of 1704FPV Dell 17" Monitors as we do sell on 8 other marketplaces. We politely replied that we had 1707FP monitor units in stock which Dell replaced the older model 1704FPV. Buyer insisted on unit ordered so we asked Dell to drop ship. Dell was slightly back ordered as they were pushing new model 1707FP out the door. You did experience 7 day delay and I do apologies. |

I ordered a Dell 3100cn printer which their system showed was in stock, but they never shipped it. My credit card was charged on the day the order was placed. It took several emails over the course of about a week to figure out they were actually out of stock. They did refund my money, but it appears they're a pretty small operation that was a bit overwhelmed. The lack of responsiveness was pretty frustrating. I will NOT buy from them again and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Go to a solid, reputable dealer. uBuyWeRush's Response: We are a small operation with 3 retail store, 15 employees compared to Dell.com or fortune 500 companies. We do buy our printers in bulk, sell for a small profit. We do sell on other marketplaces and with our great low prices we sell out quicker than our new stock comes in. We do have 11 success stories over 1 bad story, we'll try to get 12 out of 12 next time. |
