The best customer service ever. When I received my shipping tracking number, I went to the web site of the curier and it was not found. I call Ubuywerush and the guy told me that he would check what is wrong that he would call me back. Not 2 minutes past when he called and tell me that the tracking number was missing the last 4 numbers and that he would send me an email. When we hang up the email was already on my inbox. Customer Service is what could make a business grow or be out of business and this business should grow more by their customer service. The MAgic bullet, is wounderfull. You need to know the limits due of the small size, but the machine works awsome. I even did ground meet and the first use. Highely recomended. |

Customer services is awful. My order was double processed and seller suggested I give it to a loved one. How about not shipping it! uBuyWeRush's Response: Hold on there chrmur. I apologies for your mistake. You double clicked or checked out twice. We simply followed instructions from Pricegrabber and in your order it said two items. After we shipped and notified you that your two items had been shipped shipped you replied to cancel one item. uBuy and WeRushed but UPS already delivered. You asked what now, we "suggested" to give it to a love one or ship it back. |

Weak, ordered on Sunday, didn't get shipped until Friday, said they were going to use FedEx, used UPS. The item was said to have been in stock at the time as well. My suggestion, buy from Dell direct, and pay the $2 more. uBuyWeRush's Response: Customer ordered Sunday and product was delivered Monday (5 business days later). We do process many orders from many different marketplaces. bprintz is a little harsh, we did have FedEx ground as our carrier but during the week UPS gave us better rates, so bprintz, you did receive your Brand New item. |

This transaction went very smoothly, although I was looking for the merchandise a day or two earlier than it arrived. The probable reason is because the order was for a Dell monitor, and I am used to buying directly from Dell, which is a lot closer. However, I was pleased with uBuyWeRush and would order from them again. |
