The best customer service ever. When I received my shipping tracking number, I went to the web site of the curier and it was not found. I call Ubuywerush and the guy told me that he would check what is wrong that he would call me back. Not 2 minutes past when he called and tell me that the tracking number was missing the last 4 numbers and that he would send me an email. When we hang up the email was already on my inbox. Customer Service is what could make a business grow or be out of business and this business should grow more by their customer service. The MAgic bullet, is wounderfull. You need to know the limits due of the small size, but the machine works awsome. I even did ground meet and the first use. Highely recomended. |
